About the Job:
Requirements include (but not limited to):
- Current CPR certification.
- 4 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
- Develop a plan of care for each assigned patient.
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of spiritual support.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
